Default Question on catching AJ's

What setup and /or bait is recommended to target AJ's? I have never eaten one, are they a good fish to eat? thanks for any input and/or advice.

Soak in Zesty Italian and chargrill to perfection. They are great. Use a jigging rod is the easiest to handle them and also easiest on your body. They don't call them reef donkeys for nothing. Big live bait is also great but the big stick you use with them will kick your tail too.
