Default Public spots in open waters

My computer crashed and I ended up losing all of my numbers. I am going out tomorrow and I was checking to see if anyone could tell me if the liberty ship is east of the beach ball or not. I just need a spot or 2 to put a friend on some snapper. Thanks for any help

By my GPS the Liberty is in closed area directly due south from Shoreline Ramp as the crow flies...also the Joseph Meeks appear to be in closed state waters as well....
I hv some numbers that came with my "used" GPS I never fished before I'll shoot you a p.m. if you like...but don't hv a clue if it they will produce or not..
