Default Offshore fishing question

New tothe forum, Just got the new boat home and am hoping to get out this sunday to fish in the gulf with my uncle and grandfather, what is a good place to look for marine weather reports?? If the seas are rough we will go in the bay but would rather go out in the gulf for the first time.

I use weather underground and reefcast. Congrats on the new boat. I do not know your experience with the gulf but if you are a new comer I would recommend staying close in since it is your first shake down cruise.

This is what a reefcast shot looks like. http://www.florida-offshore.com/index.php click on reefcast and then click on the map where you plan to fish and it will give you a forecast specific to that location. Pretty reliable.
