Default My First Good Shark

Fishing off of Orange Beach I caught a bull shark. It was my first shark other than catch a few 18" to 24" while surf fishing. This one was about 6'. How much would a 6' Bull Shark weigh?

Here's a bull we caught last friday night with my buddy holding it. We figured this one was 40-50lbs so you can use this as a gauge...

The one in the pic looks to be in the 50 lb range.

Thanks. I'm guessing 70 to 80lbs which makes it the largest fish I've ever caught. Birthday present a day early.

What did you use for bait? I'm thinking of taking up the "shark thing" at three mile bridge.
