Default Line for a Penn Spinfisher 8500

I just bought a new Penn Spinfisher 8500 combo, and will mostly be fishing for Red Snapper, and Amberjack with butterfly jigs or just bottom fishing, and i am not sure what line i should spool it with.Do y'all have any suggestions?

I have a 7500 and 8500 and put Daiwa J braid 8 strand multicolor 65lb. It changes color every 10 meters and helps you with the depth. it is around $33 for 550 yards on amazon.
