Default How deep to avoid the Snapper?

Went out yesterday to my Grouper hole and could never get past the ARS. It was a great day with a limit of very nice snapper but in about 2 weeks it would have been a bust.

How deep do we have to go?

Friday we got our snappers in about 90 and scamp in 280-300 with no snapper or aj's and only 1 gag.

the huge snapper are definitely overpopulating and running off the grouper on my spots TOO !!! Crabtree and the terrorists at Fed... are WAY off base ! now they close trigger
