Red snapper just closed last weekend... and I believe amberjack and gag grouper are closed. Spanish and King Mackerel will be good around the Panama City Pass bouys and along the beaches drifting or slow trolling live cigar minnows (which you can catch or buy from the bait boats around the pass) or by trolling artificial lures. There are other snappers, groupers, etc. to catch on bottom spots depending on the spot and its depth, use cut bait, squid, live shrimp, etc. In the bays trout and redfish can be caught.
