Default grouper & wahoo

what is the best way to rig my leaader for grouper with live pin fish? and i also have a couple of mann stretch 30's and some hand made wahoo rigs with squid skirts for wahoo. do i need to put a steel leader on the 30's and when trolling two lines about how far off the back of the boat do i need to set them?

Lip of you are trolling it or some people just like to hit the bottom with it that way too. I usually use the back on the bottom.

i was told to make like a 5' long leader and use a 5/0 cirlce hook with about 6oz of lead depending on the current.. with the hoo rigs i would recommend steal leaders .. me and my buddy jason used to troll with with steal leaders attached with plainers to bring the dead cigs deeper under the surface we used to nail the shit outta some hoo's trolling for king.. hope this helps and maybe someone has better advice for you to help more
