Default going to cape san blas this weekend

Can anyone tell what is running right now beside the snappers?

Tarpon should be on the beach.

Been fishing that area for about 15 years and have never seen a Tarpon. I have heard of them being there.

Things running now? Really depends on where you will be fishing.
Off the cape: Kings, Spanish, Blues, Ladies. Sand trout
Inside Cape: Scallops, Spanish, blues, ladies, speckled trout, sand trout, redfish, flounder.
Offshore: Kings, Dolphin/Mahi, Snapper, Grouper, Porgies, etc

The question is a little vague. Seas are going to be ROUGH this weekend anyway. I'll be there too. All week. But Sat and Sun will be spent with a beer in my hand and my toes in the sand... Too rough for me.

lol I will be there all week also..rough seas sounds like Mojito time and sand. We were down there last year at the same time...fishing was off after that big storm blew threw..hopefully it will be better this time
