Default Found Good Edge / Yellow Gravel Spots. Now what?

I am usually trolling blue water but since that has been challenging this year and I am trying to get my grouper game on! I spent the past few days finding good rocks, ledges, etc at YG and the Edge but could not seem to get any grouper attention. Fished fresh dead bait, live cigar minnows, live pinfish + grunts. Fished spots from 190-300 ft and did not get any takers. Dropped a chicken rig down and caught tons of mingos. Any tips on the grouper?

I'm not sure about recently, but YG gets hit pretty hard by commercial fishermen. Lots of sharks remaining.

We did see two commercial boats anchored out there so that is probably true! Hit YG, Edge, Anteres/Avocet for AJ and only ended up with sharks, cuda and kingfish on the live baits. Going back out tomorrow morning for a half day so need to get a game plan!

Caught a 15+ lb red snapper at Gilchrist reef a few miles off the beach! Was end of the day and tons of bait so we drifted over with a lot of chum in the water and picked that fish up.
