Default fish finder going crazy

i just bought it last year it's a garmin 441s and has worked really well so far. all the way until today. it will not show fish bottom contour or depth. could this be the transducer has gone out or is the garmin bit the dust. thanks

Call Garman and explain the problem. They are very helpful and glad to assist you with any of there products even if they are out of warranty they will trouble shoot the system. Have the unit in your boat and call them on cell phone and be ready to run the machine. It sounds like a simple quick fix if you have any kind of screen showing. Good luck. They even speak good understandable English at Garmin.
