I fish out of the Destin area so I can't give you much help in the Orange Beach area. My only advice would be to make sure you are up to date on the latest fishing regulations, Florida's have been changing right and left lately. Currently we can't start catching Red Snapper until June 1st, I'm not sure how it is in Alabama.

You're right, seas have been running rough lately. Right now they're forecasting 3-5 on Friday but 1-2 on Saturday so Saturday is definitely a better go than Friday. Good luck, I'm sure others more familiar with the Orange Beach area will chime in. Make sure you post a report on how the weekend went!

The weather forecast for the weekend is not good for offshore fishing.
