Default Fin-Nor OFC star drag reels

Can anyone comment on these reels? I've never used/owned a Fin-Nor. Thinking about building a light bottom combo with a small star drag for mingos, tiggers ect that has enough balls when an unexpected AJ or grouper hits. The OFC16L boasts 35lbs of drag. Kinda hard to believe for a sub $200 reel. There's always the TRQ100 but don't want to spend that much at the moment.

I've seen the Fin-Nor star drag reels and they look good...would stick to the 30L model if it was me.

Have a bunch of them, for the money they can't be beat. Drag is as promised and the whole setup is smooth as silk. And as I like to say, they are owned by Zebco and no one steals Zebco.

Just to clarify, the TRQ100 has been discontinued for over 4 years. There are some killer closeout bargains to be had "if" you can locate one still in stock.
The current Penn Torque in this size range is the TRQ25N, and is indeed in another price category, but the Penn Fathom FTH25N or FTH15 are in the general price range you are talking about.

The Penn Fathom 25N is a very nice reel.
