Saw an Alabama G&F Boat board a charter boat, we were on the I10 bridge rubble. We dropped anchor and watched them write up a small snapper ticket and confiscate the fish. They motored by us, we waved, and they went on their way. The guys on the charter boat were ticked that they got ticketed and we didn't get checked. Karma.
