Default Electamate 920xp

Anyone know where I can get a new motor for the 920 xp electramate. I emailed them and no response yet. Can I find a replacement motor from another company?

I have the Electramate 940XP and I've never had a problem getting it repaired or serviced.

The people at Electramate have always been very helpful with advice too. I know for a fact that Carl Huffman has given his staff this week off and I think next week off too so that they can enjoy the Hanukkah & Christmas holidays.

Give 'em a holler on Jan 3rd and I'm sure they'll be happy to help you out.

Thanks Catch all. I contacted them and ordered a new motor. But when I recieved the new motor, I noticed that the shaft is shorter than the original motor and the pinion gear will not reach the main gear. I gave them a call and I'm still waiting for an answer. Does anyone have a parts schematic sheet on this unit?

Try arco on navy, or raco on old palafox. we got most any motor rebuilt at raco. I know that arco was marine if they are still in buisness

Tunaluvr -

If I wuz you I would email Carl Huffman directly. I included his email in the contact info. Just tell him exactly what you told us. He'll hook a brutha up. Make sure to put in the subject line something like "Help! 920XP - Received Wrong Part" - it'll get expedited.

(full disclosure - I do not own any part of Electramate nor do I have any financial interest in Electramate. I have never received or solicited free and/or discounted goods or services from Electramate. I am not a factory rep nor a "field tester" for Electramate. Your mileage may vary)

Catch all, I emailed him several days ago and no reply. I called them up and they said that they would call me back today, no reply. Now I have to wait until they come back from vacation.
