We dumped 6 of those, all about 7 feet long, out of one of our bags on our shrimp nets one night. They cleared us all off the deck.Mean SOBs.

I would catch them commercial longline fishing. Some were 6 inches in diameter about 5 ft long with a mouthfull of teeth. Cut a chunk of meat off one and fried it up on a trip. Tasted good but was full of bones. If you pressure cooked a piece the bones would be like jelly and might be like tuna fish. Try it next time you catch one or keep a big chunk on ice and I will try it in a pressure cooker.
