Default The edge

Im going to saome aj spots close to the edge so i figured i would try the edge while i was there.Are the public numbers at the edge any good or should i look for some spots when i get there.If so how high of relief should i look for before fishing.I would like to catch AJs beeliners and scamp.Any help is greatly appreciated.dont no much about the edge

If you have some public numbers give them a shot but always watch your bottom machine while you are moving and you will find some great spots. For the grouper I don't necessarily look for big relief just fish the fuzz around the relief.

Particular numbers save time of course but one of my favorite things to do is drift the 50 fathom line while deep jigging near the bottom with either large bucktail jigs or B'fly jigs. A 6 oz glow/chartreuse flat side jig is a killer on gags, scamp, reds, big white snapper, etc and you find some great spots in the process.
