Blacktip Sharks good?
Caught about a 50 pound blacktip shark and I don't normally keep sharks so I let him go but someone told me they are good to eat.
How would you go about cleaning that sucka?

Blacktip steaks grilled with butter and thyme are amazing. x 3 on cleaning it properly.
