Default Any boat ramp, marina in Gulf Breeze, FL for a week vacation?

Is there any boat ramp near the Pensacola pass? Private boat ramp with fee or public is ok.. one that have a floating dock to load/unload is more preferable. Or is there any nearby marina in Gulf Breeze that I can rent a slip for a week? First time trailer my boat to vacation here in Pensacola Beach so I need all info I can get..

The have a boat launch in Gulf Breeze called shoreline. Lat Long 30.21.080 and 87.10.472. Can't help you on the marina but there is several avaiable on P cola Beach. You can use this link to find one that would fit your need. http://www.yellowpages.com/gulf-bree...2C+FL&q=marina+

I may be wrong but I think the closest launch/ramp to the pass for the public is Navy Point, unless your Military then lauch basicly in the pass at Shermon Cove.

It's been a couple years since I checked on this but I think Pensacola Beach Marina has short term slip leases, like for a weekend. they are in Little Sabine which is about 9 miles from the pass.

Closest in gulf breeze is shoreline which is abt seven miles from the pass. To get to Sherman cove will take you forever, because you will have to cross the bridge and go all the way through town. It will be slammed too because of snapper season. there is another place called sanders beach (other side of pcola) that is close to the pass. I might have themname wrong.
Just plan on it being crowded and slightly insane.

Awesome. Good luck with the trailering. Peg Leg's, btw, has the best burgers on the beach and is great for kids.

Also, Lafitte Cove is very, very quiet as far as wakes go; it's a great place to tie up in a slip for a while. You can hit the pass in about 15 minutes or so, depending on your speed.

You will love it at Peg Leg's for the slip and the food. Enjoy your time here.

I have an extra empty boat lift at my home close to Shoreline Park. I can let you use it for free. Send me a messege and we can see if it will work for you.
