Default Accurate Boss Dawg reels

Anyone put one of these to the test yet? They're pricey but they sound pretty sweet!

Default Accurate Boss Two Speed reels

Other than the name "DAWG" which, by the way as a UGA fan I highly approve of,these reels spec out very similarly to the Accurate Boss series two speed reels of the past two years, I own four of them in various sizes and they are great. They are light, powerful, and hold a lot of spectra for their size. I have caught many large fish on them, ( including large tuna and A.J.s) and I recomend them highly.

Thanks! I got my eye on a BX-600N or a BX-500. Gotta handle both of them first. Not sure yet if i want the 2 speed or not. The new Dawgs are a bit too pricey.

I have not used the Dawg series, but the 2 speed Accurates are one of the best made reels I have ever used.

Default Two Speed

If you ever get used to using a two speed reel you'll never go back to a single speed. Low gear lets you get a big fish headed in the right direction and keeps them from getting back into a hole or structure. It is also a lot easier on my hands.
