Default 15 person offshore charter - Destin area

A friend of mine just asked me if I knew any charters for 15 people other than party boats, his boss has some potential clients coming into town and they want to head into the Gulf, I know last minute probably won't find anything but at least i'm trying.

I'd personally reccomend the Scamp or Pheonix if you can. Dennis Kendrick on the Scamp will put you on the grouper for sure.

I'll second Jason Hallmark. Hell of a fisherman!
