Default Water conditions this week

First off i have been a observer for the forum for a while this being my first post. I have enjoyed the reports and knowledge that is being passed along.

I am thinking about coming down later this week. I see that several reports show flat to smooth conditions. Does anyone have any updates as to the clarity of the water on the eastern shore and gulf (fort morgan area)?

Thanks

Mike

Default pea soup

WELCOME: Before the storm the eastern shore was lookin pretty good. Friends limiting out every trip. The water TODAY looks like pea soup and usually takes a couple of weeks to get right again . If the wind lays and no more heavy rain to push the mud, a couple of weeks. the gulf looks like yoohoo and has to settle down. The storm stirred up all the june grass on the beach and it is suspended in the water. My best guess would be a couple of weeks to get water clear enough to flounder.Sattelite pic of the current water and mud.as of today.Curious to see if any tar balls wash up after the heavy surf. SAFE TRIP
