Default Thursday night report

Collard backed out on me, so after talking my brother in law into going with my daughter and I we made it to the launch around 11:00 and fished till 1:30. Ended up with 3 flounder and 1 sheephead. There was a light south wind and the water was muddy.

Thanks guys. the flounder in the center my brother in law gigged trying to poll the boat and did not even know he had it (this was his first). You can tell in the picture he's not to happy, he took a nice little swim along with his keys, check book, wallet, cigs, lighter, and a Motorola I-870 (nextel) and to add insult to the injury I giged my second flounder of the nightwhile he was trying to get back on the boat.

The boat is working out great so far, I was stating to wonder the last time I went out if the trolling motor was going to pull it or not. I later found out I had some dead cells in one of the trolling batteries. Now it pulls it along more than fast enough.

That's why I always empty my pockets as soon as I get on the boat.

Same here! I asked why he had his check book on the boat and his responce was " I had no attention of getting in the water" so I asked him who he was going to write a check to in the middle of the bay?
