Default Flounder length

What's the minimum lenght for a flounder gigged commercially? I saw some at a local sea food market yesterday with gig holes in them that were no way near 12''

Should've made the market tell you. they should leave those alone so they can grow up anyway! No meat on them to me....

Just curious. What is the minimum length and bag limits in Florida.

Tx is 14" and 10 fish in possession.
