Went Sat night and was shutout. Saw one about 6 inches long. Launched at Wolf Bay and went all around pirates cove, ono island, navy cove, and anywhere else there was clear water. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hit the same area you mentioned last night and had a banner night going till, I guess washing the boat down from sitting must have got some water in my plugs. Ran fine for awhile and then sparks and shutdown. Ended that. Had 14 quality fish in two hours. I didn't launch till 11:00 pm to catch the tide rising, sometimes later is better.

Terry glad know at least there's some fish out there.
Hate to hear about your problem. Hopefully it's a easy fix.

Marc, just fried the plugs. Generator checked out fine.Trying to find a waterproof plug and no luck yet. Looks like silicone to the max. Fish were there in the areas I hit. Took 7 off one 50 yard stretch of beach. Quality was good with the smallest at 17 inches.Water was poor till the tide started in and got clear real quick. Batteries on charge and a trip to Lowes and I'm back at it. How's the water coming on the West side??

And of course as soon as the water starts to clear up some the winds and rain come back we can't win for losing it seems like... I was going to try tonight but SSE winds at 10-15kts....figures...mullet fished all weekend though and it does look like the intracoastal waters in perdido are starting to clear up a little, at least close to the beach you could see a few feet down...

On Fri Sand Island was doable but the other places north of the Island still looked bad. Hopefully with these strong tides it will get better.
Now if this wind will lay and we don't get to much of this rain.
Glad to hear it wasn't a big problem
