Default Where's the fish

Been hanging peeled dead shrimp out at Fort Morgan all day not even a nibble. Can watch the porpoises about 500 yds off killing a school of something. They are jumping completely out of the water! I've never seen the beach this flat. Looks like Biloxi.
Guess I'll try again later after the tide comes in some.
