Default Navarre Beach 4/14 1-4pm

Caught 3 pomps all keepers, nothing big. Used shrimp, fish bites, sand fleas, and ghost Shrimp. Caught all three pompano on ghost shrimp. The creepy little shrimp is pictured below. I pumped about 2 dozen this morning.

I like to call them Mud Lobsters, they are also called Yabbys. The mantis shrimp get bigger than the ghost shrimp. I've seen ghost shrimp about 4 inches max. Dang good bait.

You need a pump, go on YouTube and search "ghost shrimp pump" someone will show you how to make one. I catch mine by Navarre Sound Park right before the bridge.

Also called "Yabby Pumps".

Used by the Australians to catch yabbies (crayfish, crawfish).
