Default fishing July 4 week

How good is the fishing around the week of July 4, normally? I just enjoy catching most anything (except Catfish), from the beach. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. We'll be in Orange Beach. thanks in advance

depends year to year. this year has been off from what i gather. some fish staying later than normal and some taking longer to show up... they could all disappear that weekend or there could be marlin chasing mullet in the surf...

it'll probably be good.
