Default Surf Fishing Virgin 🎣

I am very new to surf fishing so any info helps. I am just curious as to where are the best spots to go at sunrise? Chicken bone beach? By the portofino? Ft pickens? Anything helps! Thanks!

Just about anywhere is as good as it will get. Look for washouts, or areas where the water looks deeper than other areas. Fish those spots with sand fleas, fresh peeled shrimp and even throw some jigs. Gotcha's, Kastmasters and pompano jigs will work.

Try casting at different distances until you find where the fish are.

If you can wade out to the first sand bar there has been fish running that first channel. Bonita works well for shark or anything fresh really. Sand fleas have been pretty good off the beaches. Moganman got a redfish on them last week. Just try different things until you find what works. Good luck!

Peeled shrimp works pretty well. I've caught my first pomp, two bull reds and even a baby shark just using peeled shrimp in the surf. Fresh dead works for me
