Default Power lining from the beach, anyone do it?

I see shark fishers take their bait out on kayaks.
But how do you get the bait out when the surfs too rough?

I have the answer I learned oddly enough which comes from Chicago: POWER LINING

Guys there have been doing it for two decades to catch salmon from the Lakeshore bike path along Lake Michigan.

Basically involved a fire extinguisher used as a propellant
Attach line and weight and shoot it out. Some guys have contraptions that can shoot out 250 yards.
Here's a video on how to make one

Could be used by anyone trying to get their lire or bait far from where they are fishing.

Video shows how to make one
Let me know if anyone actually does it as how it worked for you

A heavy duty drone with a release mechanism would do the trick.
Get on YouTube and look up saltwater fishing with a drone .
