PCB surf fishing?
Hey guys, I recently joined the forums.
Anyway I'm in pcb for a couple of weeks, and was wondering what is biting from the beach. I'm going to try for pompano this afternoon, but the guy at half hitch said there isn't much of anything biting.Any suggestions of bait to use that will maybe get a few bites?

Use live sand fleas if you can! if not try fresh dead shrimp and peel some small pieces. I just left down there and stayed pretty busy catching a mix bag of everything, but did catch some nice pompano and whiting for the skillet

fishbites is a good bait for the surf as well.
Getting towards the end of good pompano season, but plenty of other things out there.
Go to a jetty, dock or boat ramp somewhere and cach a few pinfish. Use them as cutbait off the beach for sharks an big reds. It's amazing how fast the water clears out after you drag a 2 or 3ft shark up on the beach.
