Default need info surf fish PCB area

I have a few questions about surf fishing for bull reds. I will be staying on PCB. Is there a bait shop on PCB or would I have to go back to PC. Or Gulf breeze for bait? Do the bait shops have blue crabs and Mullet for sale as bait? Last week in March generally speaking, can a guy catch sand flies with any consistence? To get away from most spring breakers I was planning to fish the surf in the Fort Pickens park area. Is this a good idea? Is there any place on Fort Pickens that would be a waste of time fishing…ex.. water to shallow, to mine people,… Someone posted great info. On how to read the surf, I am taking that information with me to try and find a good spot. Thanks for the help.

Saw "Hot Shots Bait and Tackle" on PCB at the Little Sabine Marina re-open again the past few days. If not them...Gulf Breeze B&T 1 mile away over the bridge year round has everything you would need.

As to the where to fish; look under "Surf" here on PFF, and there was a recent good summary of everything you need to know.
