Default Navarre Rules on Surf Fishing

Does Navarre allow surf fishing if done early in the AM/late PM? I wasn’t sure if there was a city ordinance.

Just don't fish in the swimming area just east of the pier

Navarre is not a city per se, at least not an incorporated city, so any "ordinances" would be found in the SR County' Code of Ordinances. Most likely, if any, would be in the "Parks and Recreation" chapter. (Ch 15). g/l

Just stay away from the pier or crowded areas. There are plenty of spots you can park and walk to away from the crowds and have the beach all to yourself.
