We are planning another ride to Pensacola and doing some surf fishing. In the past I've always tossed back everything caught, even keepers. I'd like to get some home but my main problem is where to clean'em. We usually take a two night trip and I doubt the hotel would be ideal. Is there a public location to prep fish?
Also if a keeper on day one, suggestions on keeping them fresh for a couple days.
I read how good pomps, reds, etc. are and would like to try some recipes on here but ... my problem.
