Default Glow in the Dark

Hello fellow fisherman!
I have a few rods that do not have glow in the dark tips. Was wondering if anyone had a few suggestions to help solve this problem since I do most of my fishing at night (at least recently). Tried glow in the dark duct tape, that glows very well, but it is tape. Also tried some kind of paint that glows in the dark in the hobby isle at walmart.
So far the best I have come up with is taping those little party sticks to the end of the rod.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure where they get them but I see disc golfers with tiny glow sticks they tape to the bottom of their discs. Maybe 1" long. They would work and weigh practically nothing.

These would work.

They sell glowsticks with rod clips at almost every Walmart and on Amazon. Here they are on Amazon.

The problem that I have found with them is that they won't fit some of my larger surf rods.

I like the tape. Just a half inch or so wrap and good to go. Clean the residue off with some WD40 when you change it out.
