Default fishing help

Next week I will be going down to pensacola for some fishing. I will be fishing from the pier and surf. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to fish for or what to use for bait? I am trying to catch king mackerel, spanish, cobia, red fish, pompano and if possible a mahi mahi. Ive never been to pensacola to fish so any help would be appreciated.

Fishing stuff that works.

Pretty much anything that looks like this or similar. Bigger is better.

I?ve used these in long lasting shrimp and blood worm. The shrimp worked great, blood worm didn?t. I?ve heard the squid works good too, but have never used it. The fishing chunks get good reviews for deep sea fishing. http://www.basspro.com/Fishbites-EZ-...duct/10215441/

Bearkly Gulp works really well too, but doesn?t last as long as the fishbites. http://www.basspro.com/Berkley-Saltw...product/58013/

Weights like these are a must for bait fishing in the surf. Both work. The ones with the wires work better for the weight and they are easy to make cheap. http://www.basspro.com/Offshore-Angl...SSSELL_PRODUCT

Tying pompano (drop rigs) You can buy these down there. But this is cheaper and I?ve had better luck making my own.
