Default bonita?

Curious if the Bonita was still running down the beach? And if so what kind of lures are they hitting? Never caught any and thought about going tomorrow and trying, thanks.

I haven't been out, but the water has been dirty the past few days. It's starting to clear up, though. Not sure if you're planning to fish from the beach or a pier. I believe both Navarre and Pcola piers caught some today. White pompano jigs, bubble rigs, and white Zoom flukes on jigheads all work.

If fishing from the beach, no surf and super clean water are needed before little tunny start cruising inside the 1st bar. When their in this shallow, fly tackle gives you the best presentation. Any small white fly will do. For spinning, light weight pomp jigs and small white bucktails.
