Default Asking for a friend: June Grass Status at The National Seashore?

Okay, asking for me. Anyone been at the seashore West of Navarre, East of Pensacola Beach surf fishing since the Alberto visit? Curious if the bloom has begun bad enough to prohibit surf fishing now going into this weekend? Maybe use a Scale Zero to Ten. 0 = clear, no grass on lines 5= grass in spots 10= unfishable or numbers in between. Thanks for any insight whether to stay off the beach or head out Friday - Sat or Sunday. Eric, Navarre Local.

Start at one end of the island and work your way to the other, usually you can find fishable water...

Has anybody actually been out there?
I’m planning on fishing a good bit this coming week and I hate the stuff.

I plan on going out to Navarre beach today! You can always check beach Cams too. This one is Navarre’s https://www.navarrebeachlife.com/live-hd-1080-zoom-cam/

If you see build up of June Grass on the beach even a small line of it, then that means it’s there and could be unfishable.

Navarre was completely covered up last night. I was 2 accesses down from the start of the national shoreline. Caught nothing but grass. 🤬
