Default Alabama License info for Surf Fishing

In Florida you can get a "shore" license which covers any fishing done from shore including beach, piers, jettys, wading, etc. I see in Alabama they have a "Pier" license, but the state website has no explanation of what it covers. Anyone know if it's the same as Florida's Shore license?

In a nut shell I need to know what license to buy to spend 2 days fishing in front a condo in Gulf Shores?

you can fish the gulf shores state park pier and only have to pay access to fish the pier, license is covered in cost of admission to the pier.
