Default Advice on rod?

I just ordered three new Penn 4000 reels and I am looking for the best rods to match them with... I don't want anything to bulky but something stout enough for bulls off the beach... want something that's at least 10 ft and maybe a medium action... want it a little more stout than my Ugly Stick Intercostals... looking to spend around 60 Max on them...I know I'm cheap but oh well...haha. and I will be mostly throwing cut mullet on a Carolina rig out about 50-60 yards hopefully...thanks!!!

Hey flats boy lets go surf fishing some time you can play around with my medium to high end carbon graphite surf casters , I think you're attitude will change. Once you have cast one a few times nothing else will do.
