Default UpperBay Report

Got the itch to chase some reds today, but knew it would be tough with the wind. Water clarity was not great, but I've seen worse. It was a little hard to get away from the wind, and I wasn't running all over the area, so we just used the power pole and started methodically working each spot.

Found several small schools, but it was hard to solicit a bite; we sat on 1 school for about 20 minutes, watched them swim around and ignore, Gulp, top water, johnson spoons, Stretch 2000???? got a couple of peeks on top water but no takers.

My son managed a very fat barely 22" inch slot that weighed about 3.6lbs on a Chartreuse/pepper jerkshad,

and I got a flounder. Been a while since I got skunked on reds :reallycrying!
