ROCK FISH!!!!!!!!!!!











3, Blacks 11,12 and 14 inches in the grease

5, White trout...kept a few

1, 16 inch Grouper released

Several pin fish in quarter pound range...shrimp killers

4 dozen Shrimp...suffered a horrible death

WE BROKE DOWN AND FISHED THE LAZY WAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!

I didn't have much luck either Ken, Two slots reds 18" and 20" sat morning and a 17" red sat evening in East Bay, all on live shrimp, reds were everywhere busting the top but not real interested in shrimp nor any lures I threw at them.

nice report. Is that last pic a Juve Red Snapper? Didn't I read you caught a Juve Gag too? In the Bay? hmmmm...? Maybe we need some more habitat in the bay for these fish to reproduce. Nice catch. I wish somebody would tell those that make decisions that fish really do reproduce in the bay and its time we started putting some habitat down. Thanks for the report!

P.S. if they aren't already gone, try those black snapper blackened. Um Um Good! One of my all time favorites!

We were there all day and caught about 40 sand seatrout, a couple of eeland two redfish (a 21' anda 26') using shrimp and cigar minnows, great day under the bridge!

I'm not the reef fishID expert...............Coryphaena....HELP!!!!!!!the first one caught had a lot more red....some kind of snapper maybe. Yes, on the grouper...would have had pic but was doing all we could do to hold on and fish....2 foot chop...for the first hour. We had several BIG FISH break offs...ultralite...10Lb line with #4 Octopus Circle...It's like catching a BASS on BREM tackle. FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The better half wanted to so we did!!!!!!!!!
