Default Saturday 2/7

Nice day on the water this past Saturday, but not much of a bite. We trolled the pass earlier in the day before lunchwith stretches to no avail. Fished the Pensacola bridge with Gulps and live shrimp on the bottom. Nothing hitting here either. Cast some shrimp and other lures around the piers on the bay side of Gulf Breeze. Nothing hitting. Headed back over to the pass for one last try. Pickup up a grouper, think it was a gag, on a stretch 25. It was just under the limit though.

Great day on the water with the weather and brews :letsdrink, just no bite though. Plenty of other boats out though, so maybe it was just us.

Sorry you did not get too many fish at the bridge, it was a full moon the night before and we must have caught them all !! As seen in this post !!

I dont think it was just you guys. Talked with a couple of others and they had pretty much the same luck. We had originally planned to do just about the same thing you guys did but decided to stay up in North escambia. Finally found some fish when the tide started moving again.
