Default Port St Joe Report

Well we took our usual Memorial Day Weekend trip to St Joe for some fishing. Got there Wed. afternoon to 30mph winds and 3 ft bays. Caught a break in the weather and fished Thurs. evening and caught a few nice trout. Ended the day Thurs. with 14 trout. Friday same thing caught a break before dark and put 11 more trout in the boat. Saturday was the best day as far as weather got out about 2 with a little son but still howling winds ended up with 12 trout Sat. evening. Sat night was the first night we got to flounder a little still some lightning and showers on the way we got out for about an hour and a half managed to get out of wind in one spot and got 9 with 2 over 20".

Great Report, and nice catch. Thanks for Sharing.

I love PSJ......It's the most consistently clear water I have found in the Panhandle... Awesome place to fish.

Well we had cleaned them two before we remembered to take pics......the two trout I caught the first evening was pushing 4 1/2 to 5 lbs. I believe one was a little over 22 and one was right at 24"
