Default Personal Best Flounder X 3........Thanks cert-315

Yesterday I read a report that "cert-315" posted about some large Flounder in Little Lagoon. After coffee this morning I took the boat and launched at the new Moes Landing on Ft. Morgan Road. I ran to the pass and fished the bayside all around the pass.

I used a Jig just like this one, tipped with a small piece of Gulp cut from a Gulp Shrimp that was already fished and wouldn't stay on the jighead anymore.

I simply bounced it lightlyon the bottom, and tried to stay in 6' or more water. I caught 4, and 3 of the 4 were the biggest I have ever caught. The smallest one was 3.25lbs the largest was almost 5.5lbs. From8am to10:30am. It wasn'ta really hot bite, but seemed to be nothing but Large fish. Before today my largest flounder was about 4lbs and I caught 3 over that today.I caughtall of them on 8# Ande, and a bigFlounder is aBig Deal on8. Thanks for your report cert-315, and this was the very first time I fished based off a report someone else shared. Really cool Deal.

My wife had the camera with her and didn't get home until just a little while ago, and this was the only picture that I got. Hope you enjoy as much as we did. Dang.

Left side -Corn Meal and flour breaded, Right side - Eggwashed andCorn Meal. Middle Fresh Red Potato Frys Sliced Tiny Thin......That isthe two smallestfish, and way more than we could eat.

Thanks again for the Great Report, cert-315.
