Default Late night/Early morning!

Well got done with a little work headed out around 12:00am to do some bottom jigging on 3 mile. Had three snap offs but manage to land this one. Tide was screaming out and wind was dead calm. The tide turned around 1:30 I think that's what it was. Not bad for a Penn 4300 and 12lb test.

Nice red :clap

Light tackle is always the way to go, I use 10lb braid w 20-30 lb floricarbon leaders and the main thing thatlosses fish for me is not changing my leader after several fish and it wears down, gets nicks, and breaks.People always ask, how do the fishnotwrap youaround a pilling with that light of line??Guess its just the way you work the fish and pay attention to what your surroundings are.

I was out yesterday as well around 4pm-6pm and I could only muster one redmyself, but he was FAT and pulled like no tomorrow so ME HAPPY to

Yep, Right when I hooked the other one. I said, I should have retied the leader and than two hard jerks and it snapped it.

So took my other rod already rigged with last times fishing trips line.:doh and did it again:blownaway

That'll learn me.
