Default Fishing first for me

dinking around around my dock light tonight, watching trout harrass the glass minnows and just couldnt resist.

its an old wright and mcgill rod, with a cheap reel, but it was enough to do what i needed.

my first trout on a fly of any kind!

(and um, no the fish did not come from or go into the pool! i just walked up from the dock to snap the pic!)

cheers.

Nice fish Drew. I have an old Finwick that's seen better day's but dang, hanging a crappie or blue gill on it feels like dragging in a shark. Congrats.

You need trout in the pool.

Life would be better with a trout pool, you know it.
