fished hogtown this morning, started around 6am, no bites, lots of what I think were eels floating in the water, the dolphin and birds were really hammering them. Had live shrimp, used jig healds with Gulp, spinner baits. Then fished deep docks around sandestin marina, no bites,I was very surprised.

The tide was slack and wasnt moving very much, high tide is around noon today. water temp was 58.9, wind had died down a little and the bay was calming down too, about 1ft chop. juvenille mullet were jumping all around so the reds should be there. Let me know if anyone has luck there later today.
