Default 12/10/19 Trout fishing in the heat

Dang it was hot and muggy this morning ! I got off graveyard shift this morning and decided to go fish before the rain and front got here. The trout were a little finicky this morning, they did a lot of tapping and short striking to begin with. About 8:00 they must have got hungry, because they started hammering it ! Home with a nice Alabama limit by 10. I haven't been posting my recent trips, but the trout bite has been good except for a trip that I made to the mobile delta....they had lockjaw in the delta ! Lol !.... Anyway most of the trout have been eating stick baits but I have caught quite a few on soft plastics fished deep. Ya'll get out there and catch some.

Great job. Every time I've fished for trout lately they have all been in the 14 inch range.
