Well it's been about a month since I've been able to go chase speckled trout. I was scared that I lost my touch there for a bit this afternoon. I fished for 45 minutes without a single bite ! I decided to go scout a bit and look for signs of life....because where I was fishing seemed to be void of all life. I finally saw some mullet jumping and decided to fish that area. It didn't take long to see that the move was the right thing to do ! I caught 20 or so trout and went home with an Alabama limit. A pleasant afternoon with a beautiful sunset and trout in the live well, even got to see another Eagle that came to roost in a pine where I was fishing as I was leaving. Thanked the Good Lord for it as I was going back up river.

Nice job, Russ. Thanks for the report. I doubt you are ever in danger of losing your touch with the specks at this point. And I never get tired of seeing eagles.
